NPS SEAC- Public Comment Form
The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) of Norfolk Public Schools welcomes ideas, comments or concerns from the public. Public comments can be provided in person or in writing by fax (757-628-3825), email (seac@nps.k12.va.us), postal mail, or this online comment form. At every meeting of the NPS SEAC, an opportunity is provided for visitors to make public comment. Public comment is received without immediate SEAC response and is summarized in the SEAC meeting minutes. The original of the public comment is forwarded to the Senior Director of Learning Support-Special Education Services (or designee).

The NPS SEAC is always looking for ideas and suggestions from students, parents, and teachers/staff, that will improve the education of children with disabilities. The NPS SEAC requests that any concerns expressed be general comments dealing with division issues rather than a specific comment dealing with a personal matter or individual situation. The NPS SEAC suggests that you address concerns about individual/personal situations directly to the Department of Learning Support-Special Education Services at 800 E. City Hall Avenue, Suite 800, Norfolk, VA 23510. You can also do so by phone at (757) 628-3950, fax at (757) 628-3825, or email at sped504compliance@nps.k12.va.us .
