The unBroken Project - Rental Request
This is a form to request a free rental copy of “unBroken” (Grade 5) by Randall Standridge.  This is part of “The unBroken Project,” a musical initiative about mental health.  

Note:  Only the following types of organizations are eligible for this request:
-Collegiate ensembles 
-Community/Professional Ensembles
-Military Ensembles

You will need to provide the following information:
-Name of Ensemble and conductor
-Contact information and location of ensemble and proposed concert locations.
-Dates of proposed performance(s)

Once received, Mr Standridge will contact the organizations to confirm details and, if approved, send a contract to arrange for delivery.

Parts and Scores will be delivered via PDF and licensed for approved groups and performances only.

Note: Randall Standridge Music reserves the right to refuse requests.
