Registration form NCP Flanders - MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2024 call training (6 May & 24 June & 14 August) Online
FULLY BOOKED - A small scale online training for the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) 2024 call for proposals for the Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) - with call deadline 11 September 2024 17:00 Brussels time - is organised by NCP Flanders. The training is organised to support highly motivated applicants in the preparation of their MSCA PF application at a host institution located in Flanders.

Please note the eligibility requirements for PF: candidates need to be in possession of a PhD with a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent research experience and have not resided or carried out their main activity for more than 12 months in the 36 months before 11/09/2024 in Belgium (European Fellowship) or in the country of the outgoing phase (Global Fellowship). Please note for several reasons extensions are applicable (more information can be found in the guide for applicants).

Programme of the training

Trainer: Dr. Juliane Sauer, OxygenEUm

From Friday 3 May you will get access to the online training materials which will remain available until the call deadline (11/09/2024).

Monday 6 May: introduction of the training and get to know each other (15 min) and exercise “Training plan” (1h) and exercise “Implementation” (1h) online in groups of up to 13. A time slot within office hours (Brussels time) can be chosen, either in the morning or afternoon.
Morning: 09:00-10:15 (intro and exercise “Training plan”) & 10:30-11:30 (exercise “Implementation”) OR
Afternoon: 12:00-13:15 (intro and exercise ”Training plan”) & 13:30-14:30 (exercise “Implementation”)
Please indicate below the session of your preference. You can only attend either both morning sessions or both afternoon sessions (allocated on the basis of availability).

Monday 24 June: online Q&A session of one hour with all participants starting at 10:00 (Brussels time).

Wednesday 14 August: online Q&A session of one hour with all participants starting at 09:00 (Brussels time).
