2. Saya sedia mematuhi segala peraturan-peraturan yang dikenakan kepada saya mengikut Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti 1971.
I will obey the rules set in accordance to the University and College University Act 1971.

3. Saya sedia mematuhi apa-apa perintah, suruhan atau arahan secara lisan atau bertulis daripada Pengarah atau mana-mana orang lain yang diberikan kuasa olehnya.
I will obey any oral or return instruction from the Director or any authorized person.

4. Saya akan bertanggungjawab ke atas semua harta benda Rumah Tamu UPM.
I will be responsible for all UPM Guest House properties.

5.  Saya akan membayar mengikut kadar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan UNIT RUMAH TETAMU/STUDIO, BAHAGIAN PERUMAHAN DAN PENEMPATAN UPM.
I will complete the payment in accordance with the rates specified by GUEST HOUSE/STUDIO UNIT, HOUSING AND PLACEMENT DIVISION UPM.



CUSTOMERS DECLARATION OF AGGREMENT / AKUAN PERSETUJUAN PELANGGAN *
PAYMENT METHOD/ KAEDAH BAYARAN
1. Selepas penginapan anda disahkan sahaja dari pihak kami, proses bayaran dibenarkan. Tidak dibenarkan membuat bayaran penginapan bilik studio jika penginapan masih BELUM DISAHKAN oleh pihak kami. 
Once your reservation has been confirmed by us, the payment can be made.  Do not make any payment before verifying from us.   

2. Polisi kami, WANG TIDAK DIKEMBALIKAN
Our policy PAYMENT IS NOT REFUND.
 
3. Bayaran dibuat kepada akaun KIRA KIRA AM UPM  hendaklah dihantar melalui emel ke (upmguesthouse@upm.edu.my) tiga hari (3) sebelum tarikh daftar masuk.
Please pay to KIRA KIRA AM UPM ACCOUNT. Thus, send the proof of payment through email to (upmguesthouse@upm.edu.my) 3 days before check-in.

4. Pastikan sebelum daftar masuk hendaklah mengisi borang manual tempahan di "Pejabat Am BPP", masa operasi pada sesi pagi jam 9:00 am - 1:00 pm dan sesi petang pada jam 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. 
Make sure before check-in, must fill the manual reservation form at "Guest House Office" operating hours in the morning session on 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and afternoon session on 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

5. Selepas selesai membuat bayaran, Pihak Pejabat Bendahari akan mengeluarkan resit rasmi bayaran. 
After done make a payment, the Bursar Officer will give the official receipt. 

6. Pihak GUEST HOUSE/STUDIO UNIT, HOUSING AND PLACEMENT DIVISION UPM
 berhak untuk membatalkan tempahan anda sebelum tarikh daftar masuk. 
The GUEST HOUSE/STUDIO UNIT, HOUSING AND PLACEMENT UNIT UPM possessed the rights to cancel your reservation at any time before the date of check-in. 

7. Pihak kami akan memaklumkan kepada anda nombor akaun menerusi email/WhatApps 
We will inform you the account number through email/WhatApps.  
REMINDER / PERINGATAN
Kami akan memeriksa kekosongan bilik sebelum meneruskan proses tempahan. Emel pengesahan akan dihantar bersama jumlah bayaran yang perlu dijelaskan. *Sila ambil perhatian permohonan akan mengambil masa sekurang kurangnya 3 hari bekerja untuk diproses.

We will proceed in checking the availability of the room before booking it. A confirmation email will be sent along with the amount of payment that need to make. *Please note that the request will take approximately 3 working days for processing
