Bayaran dibuat kepada akaun KIRA KIRA AM UPM hendaklah dihantar melalui emel ke (upmguesthouse@upm.edu.my) tiga hari (3) sebelum tarikh daftar masuk.Please pay to KIRA KIRA AM UPM ACCOUNT. Thus, send the proof of payment through email to (upmguesthouse@upm.edu.my) 3 days before check-in.
4. Pastikan sebelum daftar masuk hendaklah mengisi borang manual tempahan di "Pejabat Am BPP", masa operasi pada sesi pagi jam 9:00 am - 1:00 pm dan sesi petang pada jam 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Make sure before check-in, must fill the manual reservation form at "Guest House Office" operating hours in the morning session on 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and afternoon session on 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
5. Selepas selesai membuat bayaran, Pihak Pejabat Bendahari akan mengeluarkan resit rasmi bayaran.

6. Pihak GUEST HOUSE/STUDIO UNIT, HOUSING AND PLACEMENT DIVISION UPM
berhak untuk membatalkan tempahan anda sebelum tarikh daftar masuk.
The GUEST HOUSE/STUDIO UNIT, HOUSING AND PLACEMENT UNIT UPM possessed the rights to cancel your reservation at any time before the date of check-in.
