ADUs lower housing costs, increase property values, support our elderly residents! Centrally-located ADUs increase walkability and bolster our local economy! DeLand city ordinances put up roadblocks to converting or building ADUs -- and it's time to change that! Walkable Volusia seeks to eliminate the extreme parking minimum requirements that make it difficult or impossible for ADU conversion, especially on smaller parcels.
