2021 Majestic Summer Dance Camp Registration
Monday, June 14th – Wednesday, June 16th  at McNeil High School

Half Day Options: 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (AM) OR 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (PM)/ Full Day 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Price- $60 for a Half Day Camper/ $120 for a Full Day Camper

Majestic DANCE CAMP: Grades K – 5th  or Majestic DANCE TEAM TRAINING CAMP Grades 6th – 8th

● Learn two dances, proper stretching techniques, and jazz progressions per session
● Snacks and crafts provided every day for K-5th only
● If signed up for as a Full Day camper, you are responsible for providing your camper with a lunch
● DANCE TEAM TRAINING for 6-8th graders to prepare for auditions- will learn kick, jazz and contemporary technique
● Dance Camp t-shirt (guaranteed only with pre-registration) & photo of your dancer in Majestic attire!
● Wear comfortable clothes – shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes and bring water bottle, Dance clothes are welcome, but not required.
● You will receive an email confirmation of your registration 2 weeks prior to camp

Pre-registration ends on May 30th. After this date, a t-shirt is not guaranteed and a $10 increase will incur.

I hereby grant permission for my child to attend the Majestic Dance Camp.  I certify that s/he is physically fit for all activities and grant my permission in case of injury, accident, or illness for his/her to be treated by a licensed physician.  Furthermore, I release the Majestic and/or its directors and any parent from any and all liability for personal injury arising from the applicant’s participation in Summer Dance Camp. The directors will attempt to contact me prior to administering/ seeking non-emergency medical attention.   *
