Interfaith Caregivers Holiday Outdoor      Market Vendor Form
Fill out the form below if you are interested in being a Vendor.  Booth space is 10 x 10.  Please bring your own tent, table and chair.  If you need more than one booth, please note that in the description box.  Set up time will be 9am and breakdown will be at 3pm.  No generators.  Please email rloiseau@ifchaddons with any questions you may have regarding the Outdoor market.

Applications will be accepted through November 24th or until spaces are filled.  We reserve the right to refuse any application.  Merchandise in the booth MUST be original works by artists and crafters or antiques.

No flea market items.
