Cosmo滑雪营儿童中级班 for Children Intermediate Ski Lesson (Tentative) 
The Children Intermediate Lesson by Cosmo is scheduled as follows (Tentative):
Cosmo滑雪营儿童中级班安排如下（Tentative) :

(1) This program will be held on Dec. 23  and Dec. 24 (Sat. and/or Sun.) at Mont Cascades (near Ottawa and Gatineua), 4 hours each day (10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00, with unsupervised lunch 12:00-13:00). Individual feedback and exam suggestion will be provided end of the last day. 
    滑雪营会在十二月23号和24号在Mont Cascades（靠近渥太华和加蒂诺）举办。每天4小时(10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00, 中午吃饭时间需要家长自己照顾12:00-13:00)。每位学员的单独评价会在第二天结束时提供。
(2) Instructor Info (教练信息): 
    - Cosmo Zhang, (CSIA滑雪教练Lv3&教练考试考官; CSIA Course Conductor & CSIA Lv3 Ski Instructor) 
(3) 课程费用: $48/hour/person, 4h per day, second day get 5% off, third day and later get 10% off (lift and rental not included, 每次课程不是固定的，是根据学员现场来调整，这也是Lv3教练和考官标准，确保每位学员每天都有进步，get more Guided Mileage!)
(4) Student requirement: Age 8-13, and able to ski down Intermediate (Blue) Trail.
     学员年龄需要8-13, 要求中级蓝道可顺利犁式(pizza)滑下。
(5) Lift ticket and ski equipment are not included (MC 7*7 pass can be used), and group buy/ ski rental will be available。
     滑雪缆车票和雪具需要学生自己准备，MC的7*7pass可使用，团购/租也会提供。家长不滑雪的话不需要买票。
(6) Registration on this form doesn't guarantee a place in the program, Please contact to e-transfer or pay cash in advance to reserve your slot(s), with cosmoemailaddress@gmail.com or wechat (CosmoLong). Confirmation will be sent once the program is confirmed. Free cancellation 4 days before the start time, and free credit carry-on 24 hours before the start time.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In hiring Greater Chinese Community Ski and Outdoor Club, the instructor(s), Cosmo Zhang, IXsnow, and the TA(s), for club membership or guest participation, I agree that participation is voluntary. I recognize that certain risks including risk of personal injury, Covid, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income are attendant to outdoor activities and I assume those risks. I do hereby waive and release any claims or rights against Greater Chinese Community Ski and Outdoor Club, their directors, officers, officials, instructors, trip guides, Cosmo Zhang, TAs, volunteers, other participants, owners of the facilities where the activities occur (referred to in the rest of this agreement as “THE CLUB AND OTHERS”) for any and all injury, damage, or loss to my person or property. THE CLUB AND OTHERS assume no responsibility for injury, damage or loss to a person or property incurred while participating in any Greater Chinese Community Ski and Outdoor Club activities or service. This ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, is valid from Nov. 1, 2023 to May. 30, 2024.
