Reunity Resources Farm Camp: Junior Counselor-in-Training Application & Registration Form
Please note: This form is intended to be reviewed and completed by a guardian and, optionally, the Junior CIT applicant (if they would like to be involved in the process). This application is for Junior CITs ages 10-14, the application for CITS (ages 15-17) can be accessed separately and is linked on the main registration page.

Being a Junior Counselor-in-Training is a great learning and leadership opportunity.  You'll spend your days (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) working with experienced teachers guiding children ages 5-10+ in hands-on activities based on what is happening in the growing season. Ample group games, nature-based art projects, farm fresh cooking, free play, snacks and stories round out the day. Activities may include sowing, transplanting, harvesting, washing, eating and composting, journaling, natural dyeing, wild crafting, making pollinator hotels, fort building, clay/adobe play, mud kitchen, cooking,  fermentation, weaving, fire building, tree climbing, singing, storytelling, water games, and more.

Responsibilities in the role may include organizing camp-wide events, creating and working on large-scale projects, assisting teachers in organizing group activities or games, preparing materials for crafts or cooking, and maintaining a presence that is responsible, caring, patient, and kind. You will also be expected to work well with a cohort of other Junior Counselors-in-Training, providing plenty of opportunities for new friends and memories to be made!

Each Junior CIT cohort will have a full orientation day on the Monday of their chosen session. During this orientation you will have ample opportunity to get acquainted and review rules, policies, and practices of your role and expectations at Farm Camp.

Please review the following information before completing the registration form below:
