Worship Registration
We are offering in person worship registration at this time for the 11:00 am service. The 8:00 and 9:00 am worship services are full at this time.

Please be aware of our policy:
*Masks are required to be worn over your mouth and nose.
*Social distancing in the building and parking lot will be required.
*We need a minimum of six volunteers per service in order to be able to proceed with in person worship.
*Leadership Team reserves the right to revert to a full digital format in the event of a government issued order or
 if community spread warrants such action

Once I submit this form, a release of liability will be emailed to the provided email address.  I, and all adult members of my family attending, will need to sign and email oursaviors@oursaviorshartland.org, mail or drop off this release of liability form to the office before our registration is complete. If minors will be joining us, we will list them on the release as well. *
