- You have filled out the Fall 2021 Active Member Survey before you fill out this one.

- You are available at 6:00 P.M. for at least FOUR days of Rush Week

For the purpose of the Rush Committee we ask you to focus on the Recruitment Chair Committee Guidelines, but please carefully read the overall guidelines of the Vice President of External Relations, Recruitment Chair, and Digital Operations Chair.
