This is the sign-up form for the Wednesday Open Mic Night at Summit City Comedy Club. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Submissions must be completed by May 15th, and we will post the list for June by May 31sth at www.openmicer.com. If you are a "no-show" for your spot, you will be ineligible for a spot for 2 months, so PLEASE check the website by May 31st. Thank you, and we hope to be laughing with you soon!

Time allotted is usually 4 minutes per comedian.

This is not a "bringer show", but if you can bring 5 or more friends to watch let us know! No cover!
