Our How to Meditate course for beginners is a great way to find out what meditation is all about.
Held over two Saturdays, we will start from the very beginning and will take you through the basics, of posture, place, and techniques giving you the confidence to explore meditation in your own way.
Donations and membership make a huge difference to the centre in us being able to put on courses and help the community to practice together. The recommended donation for non-members is £50
