Labeling your items at home will save YOU time in the store during Consignor Drop-Off and help us with new distancing requirements. Plus, who doesn't like labeling in your PJ's?!

In order to receive your bar codes, you must finish your batch(es) prior to filling out this form. Deadline to mail labels is August 28th.

You MUST fill out this form to request your labels to be mailed to you.  We will not accept requests via email or Facebook.  

MAIL OPTION: By requesting your bar codes via mail, you will be charged a $4 postage fee.  This will be added to your consignor fee ($10 + $4 = $14) and will be taken out of your consignor check.  If you have 2 (or more) consignor numbers, there is an additional $1 fee per consignor number.

STRING TAG PICK-UP OPTION:  String tags are available for pick at these locations! $1 for 100 string tags.  Just leave your money in the jar.  Super Easy!!
