PMRP 13th Mystery Auditionee Information Form

Important:  This is not the form to sign up for an audition slot!  That form is here, and you can fill that form out first to secure your slot at auditions.  Then make sure to fill out this form by the time of your audition, so we have your information for the audition process.

Please try to be as detailed as possible. If there are things you don't know at this time, you can add them to your form on the night of your audition.

If you haven't, you should look over the Character Descriptions and Audition Sides (The Thin Man, The Black Pearl & Trifles) before filling this out, as you will be asked to list play and role preferences. Making these initial selections does not limit you to being considered for just those roles. It’s to make the audition process move more quickly by giving the directors a place to start when asking you to read.

You should also download, print and fill out the Availability Calendar before filling out this form. Knowing your availability will help the directors establish the rehearsal schedule. The Calendar also lists the dates of the required events, such as dress rehearsals and performances, so it will be helpful to have it handy when filling out this form.

The Audition Sides, Availability Calendar, and character descriptions and play synopses may all be found in the same Google Drive folder where you found this form.

This play will have most rehearsals on Tuesdays, (Mondays at first for foley teams), but in the case of additional rehearsals we would like to know other nights you would normally be free.  Please check those nights. Use the Conflicts question below to list individual exceptions.
