This form is the only way to apply for a mainstage performance for these three events. Visualists should also use this form to apply.
since they are sooner than Super, so we highly recommend applying early if you choose to be considered for those.

If we do not reach out to you by these dates, you have not been selected to perform. Performers are not considered "officially booked" until MAGFest extends a performance contract, and the performer accepts the contract.
Performers interested in performing at other stages at Super MAGFest may also use this form. Please note that for the Super side stages, this only serves as an interest form and not an official application. More information about the selection process for Super side stages appears in Section 4.
