BYOC slots are limited and will be given out via a lottery drawing. To be scheduled for a time slot in the Evo 2023 BYOC, please fill out the following information. Be advised there is Free Play area provided at the event with consoles preloaded with the games in Evo 2023's lineup. Submissions for games from the main lineup will not be selected. Please be advised that Evo is not liable for any potential damage to, or theft of, equipment you bring in to the venue. You are responsible for supervising your equipment at all times.

The form will remain open until July 7, 2023, and slots will given out via lottery drawing on July 8, 2023.  Please understand that a BYOC schedule slot may conflict with other Evo 2023 activities. BYOC slot scheduling is subject to change and all slots may be awarded before July 8, 2023. Register today.
