NOTE:  You do not  to fill out this form if you're bringing a personal bluetooth speaker, small boombox, acoustic guitar or any other "normal" campground appropriate sound (though we ask that you be considerate, if your personal sound devices become an issue, they will be treated as one and handled appropriately).  

This form is for larger amplified  sound that would not normally be allowed in a normal campground: Large boomboxes, car/home stereos, Karaoke machines, PAs, and Large Scale sound systems (with and without subs).

PLEASE FILL OUT ONE PERMIT APPLICATION PER PROJECT/SOUND SYSTEM.  
(ie: if you have a Mutant Vehicle with sound and sound in your theme camp,  request 2 permits).
