DISTINGUISHED MEMBER AWARD
This award is intended for a long-term member of the chapter who has achieved distinction deemed worthy of special recognition through exemplary leadership.  The nominee will have been an active and current member of HRMA for at least 5 years and will have made significant contributions to HRMA in a number of committee, board, or other volunteer roles.  The nominee will also have demonstrated advancement and promotion of Human Resources within their organization.

ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR AWARD
This award recognizes an organization that has made an outstanding contribution to the Arkansas business community, particularly in the field of Human Resources.  The nominated organization will have demonstrated extraordinary support and leadership within the field and/or supported significant programs or projects benefiting HRMA.
 
COMMUNITY LEADER AWARD
This award recognizes the service of an individual who has shared their time, knowledge and experience to contribute to the promotion and advancement of the HR profession through their involvement in the community.
