2021 Wise Woman Wild Food/Wild Medicine Program Application


Thank you for your interest in the Wise Woman Wild Food/Wild Medicine Certificate Program offered by Moonwise Herbs. We are delighted that you are interested in joining us! Please complete the application and submit your deposit.

Once you have completed the form and we have received your deposit we will contact you for the final aspect of the application process, which will be a phone interview. This interview offers you an opportunity to ask questions and for us to get to know you and your goals more fully. During this interview, we will decide together if this program is a good fit/match for you. I look forward to connecting with you! If we decide the program is not a good fit, your deposit will be returned. If we decide it is a good fit your deposit will become non-refundable at that time.  

We offer two work exchange positions. The women who are awarded these positions will pay 60% of the program fee.  We can offer a limited number of payment plans, if you need to set up a payment plan, please let us know that during your interview. Before an interview can be scheduled everyone will need to make the initial deposit.

*We have received funding from Frontier Natural Products to offer 2 partial scholarships. On your application indicate if you are interested in applying for these and please do not apply if you do not have financial need. The scholarships offer 50% off of the fee.
