Consider nominating yourself or a colleague for one of the open HB10+ Executive Board positions. All nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, May 31, 2024.
To be eligible for nomination, candidates must be:
- A Hire Big10+ member or agree to join the consortium
- Work in a career services capacity at a Big10+ Consortium school
- Willing to serve a two-year term: July 2024 - June 2026
Directions for Nomination:
- Must have nominee's contact information
- Must indicate which position the nomination is for
- Must include a rationale for why the nominee should be considered. Include related experience, Hire Big10+ involvement, MWACE/EACE involvement, other professional associations, skills and competencies.

Vice Chair of Membership/Chair-Elect: (One year term then serves as the Chair)
- Focuses on functions related to the engagement and professional development of members
- Serve as liaison to HB10+ Knowledge Communities, committees, and working groups (potential position pipeline); set vision, strategy and provide support for robust engagement opportunities
- Organize HB10+ Networking Event at Midwest ACE and attend annual conference (consortium sponsored)
- Serve as the liaison to the Allerton planning committee
- Oversees bi-annual membership benchmarking survey and lead efforts to ensure Board meets needs of membership
- Collaborate with board members to set assessable strategic and annual goals
- Other duties
Vice Chair of Communication: (Two year term)
- Focuses on communication strategy and increasing membership
- Maintain HB10+ website
- Record meeting notes at executive board/business meetings
- Manage HB10+ Google drive, listserv, and newsletter
- Manage HB10+ membership directory
- Serve as liaison to member institutions' marketing leads (potential position pipeline)
- Collaborate with board members to set assessable strategic and annual goals
