This form should be used by any sponsors making a fiscal donation (if you're a partnering agency contributing in other ways, reach out to our organizers at carolinameatconference@gmail.com).

After you fill out this form, you'll receive an email that includes:

Instructions for making your payment via check or online by credit card or ACH. Funds supporting the Meat Conference and NC Choices are collected and managed by The North Carolina Agricultural Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3, non-profit, tax ID 56-6049304. You will receive an official receipt for the tax deductible portion of your gift.
Instructions for how to take advantage of the sponsor benefits you selected, including your exhibition booth information, your print advertisement in the event program, and your free admission tickets, depending on the level at which you choose to sponsor
