Food for Thought Pantry Appointment Sign Ups (November 23-November 24 & November 30-December 4)
The Food For Thought Food Pantry supports students who are experiencing food insecurity.
As a response to COVID-19, the Food for Thought Pantry currently uses an appointment-based system.

The week of Monday November 23, the Pantry is open Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily.  The week of Monday November 30, the Pantry is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily. This form covers both weeks due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Service policies have changed since the Summer 2020 terms. Please read this section in its entirety.

The Pantry requests students abide by the following policies:

(1) Consistent with past expectations, the Pantry only serves currently enrolled FSU students.

(2) Fill out this form, select an appointment time for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday and denote which kind of bag you would like (with or without meat products). Please inform of us of any relevant allergies. Indicate your interest in perishable and specialty items.  These items will vary by day and supply and cannot be specifically guaranteed ahead of time.

(3) If you are a University Housing student who is SPECIFICALLY isolating in Rogers or Salley Halls due to COVID-19, please mark this information and indicate which hall you're in. If you are a University Housing student who is isolating due to a positive COVID-19 test, please do not attempt to enter University Center A. A staff member will coordinate with you to ensure you receive your food. IMPORTANT: You do not need to provide your University Housing information if you are NOT isolating due to COVID-19 in Rogers or Salley Hall.

(4) All other students should arrive at University Center A near the College of Motion Picture Arts doors by your appointment time. You will enter the left most doors in this tower. Starting Monday August 17, students will have card swipe access into buildings that would have been unlocked during normal business hours pre-pandemic. You will have to swipe your FSUID to enter these doors. Ride the elevators to the fourth floor of the building. Once you step out of the elevators you will turn left, go around the corner, and approach the Pantry suite in room number A4148. In line with University Face Covering Guidelines, all students must wear face coverings at all times while in indoor facilities on campus.

(5) Abide by social distancing recommendations of at minimum 6 feet distances from any person and wait at the designated signs on the wall and floor.

(6) Once you are called forward, provide your FSU ID to the staff member. Do not attempt to enter the Pantry.

(7) The staff member will place your bag on the marked location.

(8) Retrieve your bag of food and exit the area!
