2021/2022 Belmore Curling Sign Up Form

Curling is back this winter in Belmore! We are very excited to announce that we will be having a curling season at our club. If you are interested in curling, whether you are a returning member, or are a new member, please fill out this form to provide us with some important information. The form should take less than 30 seconds to complete and would save a lot of headache finding curlers.

Please note:
-You MUST be able to show proof of two COVID-19 vaccination doses to curl this year.
-Registration will be $220 for a full year membership, $110 for just a half season, $110 for a spare's membership, and $110 for a student membership.
-The first half will run approximately from November 15th to January 10th, and the second half from January 17th into March.
