Christmas Eve 2022

The children and youth will lead the 12/24 4:00pm Christmas Eve service. This is a lovely service that we look forward to every year. This year’s prompt and inspiration for music making is “PEACE”

Please note the dates below. This schedule is for 2nd-8th grade. 

Rehearsal Schedule:

  • Sunday, November 27 10:00-11:00
  • Sunday, December 4 10:00-11:00
  • Sunday, December 11 10:00-11:00
  • Sunday, December 18 10:00-11:00
  • Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: Friday, December 23 at 5:30 pm

Participating children are expected to attend 3 out of 4 Sunday rehearsals. 

All Parents are strongly encouraged to come to a meeting to thoroughly go through the expectations for those participating in the Christmas Eve program. We will meet on Sunday, November 20 at 9:15 downstairs in the Bonhoeffer Room. If you cannot attend that meeting please talk with Julie directly. 

Soloists (piano, violin, vocal, etc.) will be showcased after the worship service on Sunday, December 18. If your child would like to play a special piece, please RSVP to Julie by December 4. Any participating children should plan to rehearse with Julie on Sunday, December 11 AFTER worship.
