Jersey City Jazz Festival Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Jersey City Jazz Festival 2024.  The Festival expects to draw an estimated attendance of 20,000+ people to the Exchange Place pedestrian plaza on June 1-2, 2024. Over 20 world-class acts will perform at one of the NY/NJ tristate area's largest outdoor jazz festivals. This is the culmination of a week of jazz events held throughout Jersey City. 

The Festival held on June 1-2 at Exchange Place Plaza is rain or shine and for all-ages, with the majority of performances free to the public.

Both days are at Exchange Place Plaza on the waterfront of Jersey City. Because we have limited space, all vendors must be able to attend both days and stay for the entire day:

Saturday, June 1, 2024 - Noon-8:30pm (setup completed by 11am)
Sunday, June 2, 2024 - Noon-6:30pm (setup completed by 11am)

Fees are $350/wkd for food vendors and $150/wkd for merch vendors. Non-profit organizations are on a case-by-case basis. Payment and Certificates of Insurance (COI) must be collected by May 28, 2024. Cancelations after May 28th will not be refunded. 

Please fill out all of the following questions to the best of your ability. Riverview Jazz will review all applications and contact approved vendors no later than May 17, 2024.
