Hello! Thank you for your interest in Middle School Volleyball! This is for anyone entering 6-8th grade for the upcoming school year. We are working on times for open gyms now starting in June as well as our skills camp. Please complete the following information form for the player and the player’s parents/guardians for the 2024 season. If you have more than one player in the program, please complete a separate form for each player. The information on the form will be used for program administration and communication throughout the summer and the season so it is important that you fully complete all requested information.
