Please provide your contact details so that we can share more information with you regarding the venue and date for BITS-Pilani visits to Purdue and Ohio State University in the US. Your contact details will be kept highly confidential and will not be shared with others.

The events in Indiana and Ohio are completely in-person and there is no virtual component. We have limited spots available due to COVID restrictions, and hence we request you to only register if you are sure of attending the event in-person at one of the venues. Anyone who can travel to these venues can encouraged to register.

Current Tentative Schedule-

August 16 (Tuesday afternoon) - In-person networking event at Ohio State University (Time and Venue will be sent via email)

August 18 (Thursday afternoon) - In-person networking event at Purdue University (Time and Venue will be sent via email)

Confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + booster) and adherence to indoor mask policy are mandatory for participation. You will be required to carry your vaccination proof to the event venue.
