Workshops
Hello, Can You Hear Me? -- Have you been so angry that you could burst, or so upset that it feels like everything is crashing around you? Where do we even begin, when bringing our burdens to the Lord? In this workshop, we will learn how to pray for our struggles and our daily lives.

Buttons and Levers: 23 Reasons to Obey God --  How successful have you been at addressing your worst habits, confronting your strongest temptations, and battling your deepest apathy? Though we aren’t going to be perfect, we would all like to become better fighters—people who obey God more consistently in tough moments. In this workshop, we will discuss a host of great reasons for obeying God. Reasons help. The more buttons and levers we have at our disposal, the better. We will also briefly consider where the power to obey ultimately comes from.

How To Grow Spiritually in College -- We are told how many youth "lose" their faith in college. This workshop is designed to equip you with what tools you need to thrive spiritually throughout your college years .

Christ Centered Relationships -- What does it mean to have a Christ centered relationship? How can we turn our friendships and romantic interests into relationships that honor God and not lesser things. What if God calls you to a life or period of singleness? This workshop will show you how to keep Christ at the center no matter what is happening in your life.

Bus leaves Friday, June 28 at 1:00pm from Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North (ACCCN) (5055 E Morton Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022).  Bus returns to ACCCN on Sunday June 30 around 10pm.

I permit my child to attend Shocco 2019 at Shocco Springs, Alabama, sponsored by Atlanta Chinese Christian Church North (ACCCN). I understand and agree that I fully assume any and all risks for my own/said child’s safety and well-being during the retreat (including transportation to and from Shocco Springs). I agree to absolve ACCCN and Shocco Springs from any and all responsibility and liability in the event of any injury, loss and/or damage of person and/or property which I/my child may suffer while attending this retreat.
