At Brockwell Live we welcome all guests with access requirements. We use
Attitude Is Everything and their
Charter of Best Practice to inform our planning and access provisions. To make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible we have a number of facilities and offer complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) Tickets.
The deadline for all accessibility requests is one week before your chosen show date.
We have a deadline to ensure that we are adequately prepared to meet your needs, past this date we can still allocate a complimentary PA ticket but we cannot guarantee our other access facilities.
Request form deadlines:
- Project 6 - Friday 17th May
- Wide Awake - Saturday 18th May
- Cross The Tracks - Sunday 19th May
- City Splash - Monday 20th May
- Mighty Hoopla - Sunday 26th May
Please note that both the Blue Badge Car Park and Accessible Viewing Platform are now fully booked for City Splash. Contact our Access Team on access@brockwell-live.com if you have any questions, or require support to plan your journey.
To make access arrangements, please follow these steps:
1) Purchase a ticket for yourself, or for the guest with access needs
If you are applying for a PA ticket do not purchase this ticket, it is free and will be sent to you once your request has been approved.
2) Complete this Access Requests Form
For those who have submitted a supporting document to us by email in the last three years, you are not required to resubmit - our team will contact you once you have completed the form.
For those who have not sent a supporting document, we accept:
- Front page of DLA / PIP letter
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Credability’s Access Card showing you require a +1/+2 to accompany you.
Please note that we do recognise that not everybody may have the above supporting documentation but still may require use of access facilities. If this is you, please contact our team before the deadline who will be able to advise.
4) Wait for approval of your request
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible.
