We have had numerous owners reach out to us concerning the significant increase that the Baldwin County Revenue Commission has placed on home values in our area. These increases, naturally, are increasing the required property tax due for your home/investment.

This form allows you to submit a request for Harris Properties to place a broker price opinion on the home in the current market. You may decide that you want to protest the valuation imposed by the county if the two are not closely correlated in value.
