The Alban Teaching School Hub offers a best value service for ECT Induction run by teachers for teachers. Our charges include online training on NQT Manager to record ECTs progress as well as information on the expectations of the AB for mentors and ECTs. Our induction programme is supported by experienced school-based ECT Induction leads and goes beyond the minimum statutory requirements to provide outstanding professional development for early career teachers.
