CANCELLATION POLICY:Kindly note that once booking is confirmed, any cancellation of the booking attracts the following:        1. For any cancellation after a booking has been confirmed, 10% of your total amount would be charged as handling charges         2. Except when the totality of the product price will be charged to the customer for example, if we procured special products/services requested for in relation to the order                                                                                                                           3. For any cancellation 2 days prior to your schedule delivery date, 25% of your total amount will be charged.                                                                                                                                                                   4. Cancellation on a day prior to or on the delivery date, 50% of your total amount will be charged                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   SPECIAL HOURS SERENADE SERVICES: Kindly note that very early morning Serenades between 6am to 8.30am and 6pm to 10pm attract extra logistics fee due to the arrangements that are made to get safe and secure transportation extremely early in the morning or very late in the evening. Kindly confirm the extra logistics fee during consultation if you want a Special Hour Serenade.

Our clients are everything and we respect preferences while executing our world class SERENADE sessions. As a business whose main marketing tool is the success of our executions, we usually publish our Serenades to help prospective clients have practical understandings of deliverables. While promoting our business we take keen care to avoid full representations of the executions especially with focus to our specified client’s privacy preferences. However, a total non-publication fee of N40,000 is charged where the client wants to own full rights of the Serenades executed on their behalf. The Non-Publish is paid when booking is made. However, if the decision is made after the execution of the Serenade, the sum must kindly be paid within 14 days of the Serenade’s execution else it will be taken that there is consent to Publish as described above.
