Thank you for being willing to join our Friday Youth! If your youth will be joining us for the first time, please sign up through the Google form below. The First Time Registration form will ask you to input your youth's details, emergency contact details, and health related information such as known illnesses/allergies. This information will only be accessible by the Youth Leaders, and is to help us be better prepared in case of emergencies.
