Huron City Schools Meal Request Form
This electronic form replaces our paper form in order to be more efficient and effective in our efforts to reduce contact. Please complete this form if your child(ren) need assistance for breakfast and lunch. This request is for 3 weeks, starting with April 13th. All meals will be at Shawnee - follow the signs for contactless pick-up. Pick-up is from 12:30-3:30 on Mondays only. Meals consist of breakfast and lunch for 5 days.
