Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremony Agreement
GRADUATION INFORMATION
Date: Wednesday, June 16, 2021
Time: 7:00PM (Gates open at 5:30PM)
Location: Veterans Stadium (5000 E Lew Davis St. Long Beach, CA 90808)

Graduates line up at 5:30PM at the NorthEast Part of the Stadium, baseball field (see map), ready to be searched for prohibited items. Graduates need to park in the structure directly across the
All graduates must check in by 6:15PM in order to participate.
*You will be searched upon arrival, please have graduation gowns draped over your arm.

Tickets: Each graduate will receive 6 tickets (admits 6 people) on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the front of the auditorium. After June 9th, tickets are distributed at Activities office (room 105) before school, nutrition, after school. Additional tickets will NOT be sold due to limited spacing for COVID-19 safety.

Parking: $10 per vehicle, pre-sales with Banker's office for $10 on Monday(June 14)

MANDATORY GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Date: Wednesday, June 16, 2021
Time: 10:00AM
Location: Veterans Stadium (5000 E Lew Davis St. Long Beach, CA 90808)
Transportation: Transportation to the rehearsal is the student's responsibility
Parking: No parking fee at graduation rehearsal

GRADUATION CEREMONY RULES
- In order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, all graduates must submit this 2021 Graduation Ceremony Agreement (Graduation Clearance Form) by June 7th, 2021.
- After submitting this clearance form, you will be checked by Admin, Counselor, Banker, Library, and Bookroom for any fees and clearance.
- Graduates are prohibited from bringing the following into the graduation ceremony: beach balls, any inflatables, hand-held flowers, stuffed animals, confetti, fireworks, fog horns, noise makers, or any items deemed distracting during the graduation ceremony.
- GradImages, a professional photography studio will take a color picture of each senior as he/she receives the diploma from the presenter. A free color proof will be e-mailed/mailed to the graduate and parent(s) registered at www.gradimages.com.

DRESS CODE
Face mask, cap, gown, tassel, honor insignia, dress or blouse/slacks and no heels (flats), dress shirt, nice pants, and appropriate shoes.
Nothing attached to a cap, gown or shoes is allowed.

DIPLOMA PICK-UP
- Official diplomas can be picked up beginning Monday, June 21, 2021 from the Counseling Office (100 Building - Room 111)) on the main Poly campus. Only the graduate with a valid Poly/PAAL I.D. may pick up diploma. Diplomas will NOT be given to graduates' parents, friends, or family members.

I allow my son/daughter to participate in the Poly Prom/Grad Night on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 6:00PM at the main Poly campus, Graduation Commencement Rehearsal on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 10:00AM, and the Commencement Ceremony on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Veteran's Memorial Stadium at 7:00PM. As discussed in our home, my student will contribute his/her best behavior to ensure a dignified commencement ceremony and other senior activities.
