One registration form is required to be completed and submitted for each team with a maximum 4 people on a team.

After registering on-line, you need to pay your registration fee by one of two methods:

1. Paying on-line by clicking on the link shown after you complete this registration form. The payment can be by PayPal or credit card which is a secure transaction.  (Preferred method)

2. Mailing in a check to the QCESC (QCESC, PO Box 1166, Bettendorf, Iowa 52722-0020)
 
There is a maximum number of 40 teams for the Friday session and 40 for the Saturday Session with a limit of 8 teams from any one High School each day.  Teams will be considered registered once we have received your on-line registration and receipt of your registration fee.  A listing will be added to this page to show teams that have registered on-line.  The deadline to register is Wednesday, February 22nd 2023 or when all 40 spots are filled for  Friday & Saturday February 24th and 25th. We would strongly recommend you register early to insure your team a spot.

To submit the form, you must scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Submit" button.  If you properly fill out and submit this on-line form, you should see a message that says "Thanks! Your response has been recorded" with an e-mail confirmation sent to you. If you don't see this, you need to update or add  missing information which will be highlighted on the form in red color.
