The deadline for applications is midnight Central time each Saturday. Decisions for content will be made by 8 a.m. Monday. Content must be delivered no later than Friday that week. A $500 stipend is payable upon completion of the content. All content produced for the stipend must be openly shared with media organizations across Oklahoma.
