Introduction: In this lesson we are going to learn about where Jesus came from, the town he grew up in, the fishing towns where he gathered his disciples and preached to the people and how he traveled from village to village. Looking at the map on page 3 of your Gospel Weekly, you will see the terrain he crossed and the area he covered as he spread the Good News But first, lets read "Galilee is Jesus' Neighborhood" before coloring in the map on page 3. When you are done reading, take a look at the color code at the end of "Galilee is Jesus' Neighborhood". Use that color code to color in the map and learn about all the cities Jesus traveled to while he was spreading the Good News. Then see if you can challenge yourself by answering some of the questions below about Jesus' life and what he did at the different locations.
