Leaders-in-Training at Cross Roads Camp and Retreat Center are experienced campers who are active in their church, love God, like working with kids, and want to work at camp in the future. Leaders-in-Training spend six consecutive weeks at camp and learn all aspects of camp life, from leading activities and Bible studies to certification in first aid, CPR, and lifeguarding. They have their own community activities, devotions, and time away. Many will go on to become summer camp counselors.
Spaces in this once-in-a-lifetime, faith-based leadership development experience are limited. Applicants must turn 16 or 17 years old in 2020 and have finished their sophomore year of high school. Learn more about the program at
https://www.crossroadsretreat.com/leaders-in-training/.
Apply using this online form by April 1, 2020. Once accepted, the Program Director will instruct you and your guardian on how to register for the program.
If you have any questions, please contact Program Director Kathryn Schaefer at Kathryn@CrossRoadsRetreat.com or at (908) 832-7264.
