This Google Form is crucial in helping us manage class enrollments effectively. In the event that a waiting pool is necessary, the form will generate a time stamp, determining the order in which families will be considered if classes reach full capacity. As outlined in our handbook, enrollment and placement priority will follow this order:
1 - Child of OCCS employee
2 - Sibling enrolled at OCCS
3 - Member of a supporting church
4 - Repeating Covenant Kids preschool
5 - Choosing 4 day program (Cubs Care)
If 2 children have the same priority order and there is not room for both to get their 1st choice, time stamp of this form will break the tie.
