2022-2023 MHS Course Correction Form
This form is to be completed by Medway High School students who need their schedule reviewed by a school counselor. School Counselors will be available to review schedules that are missing acadmic courses, graduation requirements, or student services.

Medway High School develops a school schedule based on course recommendations and student elective requests. This process began in the spring and included opportunities for students to override recommendations and request changes during their academic advising appoints. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate requests to change courses or levels at this point in the process. We are also unable to honor requests for teacher changes.

Counselors will begin to review submissions to this form during the week prior to the start of school.  Some responses may not take place until after the first day of school.  Please do not reach out to the counselors directly while awaiting a response. ALL requests submitted through this form will be given a response as soon as possible.

This form will close on 8/25. After this date, students will need to set an appointment with their counselor on or after the first day of school to discuss issues with the schedule.
