1. Researchers running their own companies: How do you handle such situations? Are there any agreements or university policies to cover that? Can professors and the management of the university run their private businesses?

Researchers not understanding business expectations: Are you involved in all the talks and exchange of information between business and the researchers (research project management) or do you leave them alone after the initiating a project (or eventually you pass that responsibility on the faculties)?
