We are a group of students from NUS, conducting a survey for our public health module (SPH3203). We hope to find out the mental well-being of mothers with young children aged 2-6 years old. The survey will take around 8-10 minutes to complete. Please be assured that no personal identifiers will be collected and all data collected will be kept confidential and will only be used strictly for this study.
