IMPORTANT: Please complete and submit this form listing ALL required CC+ textbooks, access codes, and online websites with fees to be paid by the TSCD prior to obtaining them from the campus bookstore. Please enter the complete title and ISBN information as it appears on your syllabus. Mrs. DiMatteo from the THS Media Center will let you know if textbooks are or are not available from the district's inventory during the school year. During the summer months, Mrs. Kennedy from the Curriculum Department will assist in your material needs. Thank you!
