The Alma School District has developed a Return to School plan were students have multiple options for returning to school in the fall in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please tell us what option you plan to utilize the Fall. *

Plan 1 - Traditional in person instruction at school (following CDC, state, county and district recommendations and numerous risk mitigating strategies). The school day will run from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The District will also be providing morning supervision from 7:00 to 7:45 AM and then students will head to their respective classrooms at 7:45 AM. In addition, we will have Rivermen Clubhouse available to assist with after school child care. Obviously, students who choose this option would be eligible for extracurricular opportunities, if we are able to offer them this school year.

Plan 2 - Live Streaming where students are logged in during school hours and accountable for each class period during the school day. Students would simply have their desk at home and live stream into their classes, as opposed to in the physical classroom. Students could move from this program to in person learning at school, depending on your comfort level having your child physically in person at school each day. Students who choose this option would be eligible for extracurricular opportunities, if we are able to offer them this school year.

Plan 3 - Virtual School Option where students will work with an educational platform called Educere to complete their educational programming. This program would be in cooperation with our district, but the courses and instruction would not be provided by our teachers. Students who choose this option would be eligible for extracurricular opportunities, if we are able to offer them this school year. Students who choose this option would be expected to complete the full semester in this program. A student would be allowed to switch to in person or our live streaming remote learning option at the end of 1st semester.

If social distancing and other guidelines prohibit or limit bus transportation, are you able to provide transportation for your child? *
