Thank you for your interest in partnership in the Evesham Township Cultural Day Celebration hosted by Diversity & Equal Opportunity Network (DEON) in partnership with the Township of Evesham and their Human Rights Advisory Committee.

COST: FREE

TIME: 11am- 3pm
LOCATION: Evesboro Downs Park (131 Evesboro-Medford Road, Marlton, NJ  08053
* In case of inclement weather the venue will be moved to a nearby indoor location.
SETUP FROM: 9:00am-10:30am; No cars will be permitted on the field after 10:30am for set-up.

As a vendor you will need to:
• Complete and submit this form to be added to our Vendor contact list.
• Complete the hold & harmless form that can be found at this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YeL5VRgQsUNUMfCYP196ucRwIBS7m-qX/view?usp=sharing
or see the form below.
•You will need bring you own table, chairs and tent (10 X 10) for the space allotted and all tents must secured with weights.

NOTE: By submitting this application, each vendor is accepting full responsibility for his or her own entries, including loss by breakage, theft, fire, rain, wind, or any other cause of damage to inventory or person. Vendors are responsible for any insurance they deem necessary; vendors hereby expressly release the Evesham Township and Diversity & Equal Opportunity Network (DEON) from any and all liability whatsoever.
