Scholarship Application

A limited number of scholarships are available for children on the basis of financial need and interest in the arts. Please email info@miltonartcenter.org with questions that you have.

At the Milton Art Center, we strongly believe financial circumstances should never prevent a student or artist from creating their art. As part of our mission, we offer a limited amount of need-based partial and full tuition assistance to children, teens, and adults to attend our programs.

All sections must be completed. If a line or a section is not applicable, please write n/a. All information on this application and all forms submitted will be confidential.

After completing this form, please email the first page of your most recent tax return to info@miltonartcenter.org. Your application will not be complete until this form is received. Any questions should also be directed to info@mltonartcenter.org
