This year for the engineering societies big project we are currently planning to purchase 3D printer for members of the society. These printers will be subsidised with the students paying a fraction of the cost as apposed to buying them on their own. We will run a makerspace in which we will help students construct theirs printers and teach them how to use them. Before we can fully organise the project we need rough figures on how much on an interest there is. In the following weeks a second form will be sent out for orders, we will have a limited stock so it shall be first come first served.
