This is the application to enroll as a Leader-in-Training (LIT) at one of our Equity sites:
    -- Thomas Edison Charter Academy in San Francisco
    -- Dolores Huerta Elementary in San Francisco
    -- Love Elementary in Alameda.  

If accepted into this program, the LIT will be able to enroll as an LIT free of charge.  PLEASE NOTE:  Equity LIT participants must commit to attending ALL WEEKS during which their chosen site operates.

The first two sections of the application should be completed by a parent or guardian, while the third and final section of the application should be completed by the prospective LIT.  We will be responding to applications beginning in March 2020.  If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an email with instructions on how to enroll in your selected camp location, as well as a promo code to remove the regular price of the enrollment.
